We work closely with a network of warehouses, dealers, and suppliers in the USA. This gives us access to a huge range of parts – including items not listed in Germany – and we handle procurement and import from a single source.
Why order from you instead of directly from the USA?
When importing directly, customs duties, import VAT, and freight forwarding costs often only appear at the end – and if there's a problem, you're on your own. We handle the entire process, provide you with an all-inclusive price upfront, and remain your point of contact.

How long does delivery take?
Parts in stock usually reach you within 3–7 business days (shipping from Germany). Parts that we import from the USA take approximately 10–21 business days, depending on the item. We will always inform you of the exact delivery time in our offer.
Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
Yes, always. Every offer includes shipping, customs, and complete import processing – a transparent all-inclusive price with no nasty surprises.

Is express shipping available?
In many cases, yes. If it's urgent, please indicate that in your request – we will check the fastest option for you.
Do I have to take care of customs myself?
No. We handle the entire import process – always, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
What payment methods do you offer?
In the shop, you can pay with credit card, PayPal, Klarna/Sofort, and other methods. For inquiries, we will arrange the appropriate payment method in the offer.
How much is shipping?
This depends on the size, weight and destination country. In the shop, shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout; for inquiries, shipping is included in the total price.
How do returns work?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal as per statutory regulations. Simply contact us – we'll send you all the information regarding returns.
What if a part arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the box and contents and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you offer partial deliveries?
Yes. We send available parts immediately, the rest will follow. This way you don't have to wait unnecessarily for your complete package.
