Beim Direktimport landen Zoll, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und Speditionskosten oft erst am Ende auf dem Tisch – und bei Problemen klärst du alles selbst mit dem US-Händler. Beim Komplettangebot kaufen wir das Teil, tragen Zoll und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer, nennen dir vorab den Endpreis und bleiben dein Ansprechpartner. Willst du lieber selbst in den USA bestellen, bringen wir es dir über die Weiterleitung nach Hause; dann zahlst du Zoll und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer beim Zusteller, und die Gewährleistung liegt beim US-Händler.
