How long does shipping take?
Packages are individually assembled . Your order will usually arrive within one week . Depending on the availability of individual items, it may take up to four weeks .
Do you offer partial deliveries?
Yes. We ship available parts immediately; the rest will follow. You will receive a tracking link for each shipment.
Not available – what happens?
We will keep you actively informed. You choose: partial delivery , alternative , or wait (max. approx. 4 weeks).
Shipment tracking & updates
You will receive a tracking link after shipment. If you are sending multiple packages, you will receive multiple notifications.
Payment methods
Credit card, PayPal, Sofort , prepayment .
Damaged delivery
Please take photos of the box and contents and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement/refund.
Address change after ordering
Contact us quickly! We can make adjustments as long as the order hasn't been shipped. After shipment, changes depend on the shipping provider.
Self-collection
If selectable at checkout: Collection by appointment . We also pack parts individually.
Backorder/Preorder
Out of stock? We'll indicate this and let you know the estimated time of arrival (ETA ). We can also keep you actively updated upon request.
Why individually packed?
US cars vary greatly depending on the model and year. We'll put together your package to perfectly fit your needs – fewer returns, faster installation.
How does the return process work?
30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Contact us for a return label and instructions.
Do you check for compatibility?
Yes. Please provide the model, year of manufacture, and engine type (VIN optional). We will check and pack it accordingly.
Is cancellation possible?
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. For special orders, please contact us briefly – we will find a fair solution.
Shipping costs
Depending on weight/size and country . Clearly displayed at checkout.
Incorrect/missing item
This rarely happens. Contact us with your order number and a photo – we'll send a replacement or refund immediately .
International Shipping & Customs
Many countries are possible. Customs duties/import taxes may apply – depending on the destination country. We can assist with the documentation.
Installation instructions/guidelines
We include workshop tips . Upon request, we can send a PDF manual in advance (if available).
